Nu Skin is a publicly listed US company in innovative skin care products, cosmetics, anti-ageing products and nutritional supplements. Its distribution centre for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region is located on the TradePort West industrial estate in Venlo. Nu Skin is an international company with employees from different cultures. We value a good working atmosphere where people support and respect each other. At this location, 80-120 employees work day shifts from Monday to Friday.
How does NU Skin proceed?
Safety is a top priority at Nu Skin. It is therefore very important that rules such as walking within marked walkways, wearing work shoes, speaking Dutch and giving way to rolling stock are observed. Workwear is provided by SD Worx Staffing Solutions, as is training/certification for electric driving equipment if required.
- The process starts with receiving, checking and storing semi-finished and finished products in the warehouse.
- Value-added activities are then carried out in the Assembly department. In groups, under the supervision of a table leader, semi-finished products are labelled, assembled and packed into a country-specific, marketable product.
- In the Order Fulfillment department, customer orders are collected, packed and prepared for shipment to customers in 23 different countries.It is very important to work neatly and accurately in all departments, because Nu Skin stands for a sublime customer experience.
- We are looking for motivated employees for our flex pool. The employees are scheduled in the assembly or pick/pack department according to demand.
What do we offer?
- Plenty of advancement opportunities. Many temporary workers have progressed to table leader or team leader. It is also possible to progress to another department, such as the quality department where quality is guaranteed.
- Attention students! Nu SKnin has a Saturday pool. This means that a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 8 hours can be worked on Saturdays, depending on the order numbers.
